True Story - The Kingdom Of Mustang

Shadows Of Pavements presents The Kingdom Of Mustang. The Kingdom of Mustang is a region of Nepal close to Tibetan border. The original Tibetan language and culture is still well preserved from the Chinese invasion. 

 Even if from 1950 it has been a part of Nepal, the region (about 2,000 people) still retains some autonomy. The King (Raja) Jigme Parbal Bista lives in the capital Lo Manthang. The landscape is almost desert at an average altitude of 3500 m. On the photo is the capital Lo Manthang.

Shadows Of Pavements presents Today´s Beer! Harbin Beer is a Chinese beer of russian-polish origin brewed in Harbin, Heilongjiang, China. Founded in 1900 by a russian of polish origin from Warsaw.  He named it after himself Wroblewski, and in 1908 it was renamed to Gulunia.   In 1932 the company was renamed to Harbin Brewery Factory, and from 1946 it was controlled by the Sovjetunion. In 1950 the brewery was returned to the chinese by Stalin and renamed to Harbin Brewery. MrLiliequist
